I have recently discovered that there are plenty of words related to Mexican dishes which have no translation in English.
Some of those words are "burrito", "enchilada", "taco"or "chili con carne".
It would be difficult to translate appropiately those Mexican terms so English speakers tend to pave the way and use them in Spanish.
